The After School program starts when school ends and ends at 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For information regarding your Clubhouse, please visit https://www.bgcswc.org/locations
There are no refunds issued once the program has begun. All refund requests MUST be made in writing via email PRIOR to the start of program.
We ONLY offer the morning program at the Pechanga Great Oak Clubhouse in Temecula at this time. The program is notated in the Parent Portal as AM for morning and PM for afternoon. If you want both services, you MUST enroll in both programs and pay the fees to be on the roster.
You are not enrolled until the 2025-26 Membership Fee AND the current month have been paid in full. Payment options include autopay, manual pay or pay in full. You are responsible for paying the full balance, by the 25th (Example: the September payment is due by August 25th. All late payments will incur a late charge of $20 on the 26th of each month. If payment isn't made by the first of the month, you may be removed from the program until payment is made and we will go to the next available family on the wait list. If you need to unenroll from a program, you can do so through the Parent Portal.
Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County programs are for children who are at least 6 years old and in first grade (or entering first grade for the 25-26 school year) and no older than 17 years old and in twelfth grade (or entering the twelfth grade for the 25-26 school year). If you enroll your child and they do not meet the age requirement, they will be removed from the program immediately with no refund.
Transportation/Walking Program: We offer transportation from the schools listed below. If we do not offer transportation from your school, you can drop off your child at the Clubhouse for the Drop In Rate. We also offer a walking program from three schools (listed accordingly below).
Lakeland Village - Lake Elsinore: Julia Lee, Lakeland Village School, David A. Brown and William Collier
Alberhill Ranch - Lake Elsinore: Withrow, Rice Canyon, Machado and Terra Cotta Middle. Walking program from Alberhill Elementary.
Murrieta: Avaxat, Rail Ranch and Alta Murrieta - {Transportation provided in partnership with Murrieta Valley Unified School District}. Walking program from Shivela Middle.
Pechanga Great Oak - Temecula: Luiseno, Red Hawk, Tony Tobin, James Day and Pauba (TBD based on enrollment). Walking program from Gardner Middle.
When signing up, ensure you are picking the correct Clubhouse AND School Location. Failure to pick the correct school and/or Clubhouse may result in delays and/or inability to transport your child.
Payment: You are not guaranteed a spot in the program until payment has been made in full by the payment deadline. Payment due by the 25th prior to the start of the upcoming month. Payments made on/after the 26th will incur a $20 late charge.
Late Payment: Late payments will incur a $20 late charge.
Refunds: Once a program starts, refunds will not be authorized. All refund requests must be made, in writing, prior to the start of a program. For example; if you want a refund for your September payment, you must request a refund in writing by 8/31.
Scholarships: All scholarship forms and documentation must be submitted in full to your Clubhouse. Incomplete scholarship applications will not be processed. All scholarships last from July 1st to June 30th. Failure to complete a new scholarship application will result in fees reverting to full price.
